简介：PD-6000 系列量规检测内螺纹中径，PD-8000 系列量规测量外螺纹中径。校准零件前，量规必须用规块，千分尺，或 Gagemaker的MIC TRAC测量中心来调整到标定预定尺寸。
PD-6000 系列量规检测内螺纹中径，PD-8000 系列量规测量外螺纹中径。校准零件前，量规必须用规块，千分尺，或 Gagemaker的MIC TRAC测量中心来调整到标定预定尺寸。校准期间为了确保最大精度，量规使用放置在零件节线的精确连接头匹配套件。切换连接头测量不同螺纹螺距。连接头直径加工误差为 +.0002”而且采用三线检测原理和技术测量。库存连接头通常螺距范围是UN 系列, ACME, 和 Stub ACME 为 1 TPI – 18 TPI， 7°X 45°锯齿螺纹, ISO 公制螺纹辊为 1.5mm–4 mm。英制螺纹和 7°X 45°锯齿螺纹辊是可以短时间交货。特殊尺寸按上面要求有效。所有连接头单独定购而且不包含在量规价中。
Internal Pitch Diameter (1½” to 27″ Diameters)
The ball pitch diameter gages or “GO/NO GO” gages indicate the pitch diameter size of the product’s internal threads. The gages are adjustable within a size range and use interchangeable contact points to measure different pitch threads.
Setting dimensions for the pitch diameter gages are provided by the TDWIN software. Gages require setting with either a MIC TRAC™ or other means (i.e. gauge blocks, micrometer, standard, etc.). Software, MIC TRAC™, contact points, and are sold separately. Rod style standards are available, please contact customer service for more information.
