CWT简介
Computer
Weld Technology (CWT) is located in the
northwest part of Houston, Texas, founded in 1988, purchased the
Industrial Welding Division of CRC-Evans Automatic Welding in January
of 1994. On March 1, 2018, Computer Weld Technology was acquired by the Lincoln Electric Company.
Computer
Weld Technology designs and manufactures automated welding equipment
and quality control devices used in industrial welding applications,
including automated welding fixtures and robotics. Several of the
products can be used as peripheral or accessory items of larger
systems manufactured by others.
Computer
Weld Technology's primary function is providing complete solutions
to industry for automating, controlling and monitoring the welding
process. These solutions manifest themselves in the form of products
designed and manufactured by CWT and technological assistance provided
to our customers as a result of extensive research and development.
The
over-riding strength of Computer Weld Technology is a personal
desire and commitment on the part of every employee to see their
efforts and hard work result in a profitable, on-going operation
with a future for growth and a reputation for a company with high-technology
products and a customer service ethic which is unsurpassed in the
industry.
Among
its existing customer base, CWT has a reputation for quality, being
on the leading edge of technology and a very strong reputation for
"after the sale " support of its products.

WDL III™ - Weld Data Logger **NEW** CWT数据记录仪 |
|
The Weld Data Logger represents leading edge technology in arc welding data collection and logging. The micro-controller based weld data acquisition system provides a means of measuring and documenting all basic welding parameters when used with external serial printer or PC.
The WDL III can store uo to 4000 weld summeries in non-volatile memory. Additionally the WDL III has the unique ability to calculate heat input using the optional travel speed transducer, a user specified Travel Speed or the actual weld length and accumulated arc time. An Ethernet port is available for remote data collection and stored weld summary data upload. |

ADM IV™ - Arc Data Monitor 数据监视器 |
|
The
ADM IV™ is a rugged, versatile and cost effective
tool that can be arrayed in single and multiple arc configurations. It is a versatile quality control
device that is capable of assuring that all of your arc
welding parameters meet or exceed "ISO-9000",
"QS-9000" standards and your Statistical Process
Control (SPC) requirements. This user friendly, ADM IV™ Arc Data Monitor
can be easily configured to fulfill the requirements of
any end users needs. This
device can be employed as a stand-alone unit using the "Remote
Control Pendant" to configure the system and view
the results or it can be linked to a PC to accomplish
the same task. |

GFM™ - Gas Flow Monitor **NEW**气体流量监视器 |
|
Computer Weld Technology's Gas Flow Monitor (GFM™) precisely measures flow rates of welding gasses. The GFM can be used for Argon, Helium, CO2 or any mixed inert welding gas. A flow rate (5 to 255 SCFH) is digitally displayed with a 1 SCFH resolution. The accuracy if the 3% of full scale reading in the GFM is considerably better than conventional ball type flow meters. The GFM can be install in-line down stream of the gas regulator for permanent installations. The unit is also available in a battery powered configuration with a rubber cone for testing gas flow at the welding torch nozzle. |
