二、美国JOHNSON GAGE/章森螺纹测量仪能够精准地检查单一螺纹中径和作用中径, 并通过对比他们之间的误差来确定螺纹的质量。 

测量原理:

下图1为内单扣螺纹中径测量原理图,小螺纹采用两半式测头,大螺纹采用三个独立的测头 。

下图2为内螺纹作用中径测量原理图, 两半式测头测量较小的螺纹的中径,三个独立圆柱螺纹测头测量较大螺纹中径

下图1为单扣外螺纹中径测量原理图。下图2为外螺纹作用中径测量原理图,采用两半式测头测量较小外螺纹,采用三个独立圆柱螺纹测头测量较大外螺纹。

当螺纹是完全理想的螺纹时,单扣螺纹中径和作用螺纹中径完全相等,如果不相等,则表明螺纹的参数有误差,会影响螺纹装配时的接触面的比例.
